- 1989 Technology transfer to company Tesla in Czech Republic

- 1991 Technology transfer to company Meierhofer in Switzerland

- 1994 Technology transfer to company Wanjiale-Shunde in China

- 1996 Technology transfer to company in Linyi, ShanDong China

- Oct 1999 established GNAD-Shanghai - a Joint-Venture          Company for M.S. production in Shanghai China
